Every car we acquire undergoes thorough refurbishment at our designated garage, followed by internal overhaul and rejuvenation to impart a sense of freshness. We strongly recommend customers to invest in comprehensive warranties to safeguard their vehicle and their valuable investment against any unforeseen events. This commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has resulted in a significant number of repeat customers, with referrals from existing customers accounting for nearly 40% of our total monthly sales. Such high customer satisfaction is reflected in our impressive Google rating of 4.8 stars out of a maximum of 5.
MISSION
The pre-owned car market in India is still in its infancy, with a sales ratio of new to old cars at 1:2, compared to the 1:4 ratio in developed countries. The majority of this market, around 80%, is dominated by the unorganized sector, leaving only 20% for organized players like us at [Company Name]. What sets us apart is our rigorous process, involving a 200+ point check before procuring any vehicle. We also adhere to strict guidelines, ensuring that the cars we procure are not more than 10 years old, have been driven less than 1 lakh kilometers, have no accident history, and are typically not beyond their second ownership. This contrasts sharply with the unorganized sector, where such standards are lacking, leaving customers vulnerable to purchasing cars of uncertain quality and history. Our mission is clear: to disrupt the status quo of the unorganized market by offering customers value for their money, the assurance of making the right choice, and the added security of warranties provided by Corporate Warranty of India (CWI), a trusted name with over 50 million satisfied customers and 500+ certified service centers nationwide, with continued expansion.
